There are a number of ways in which you can order James Lock products.

All major credit cards are accepted. Cheques should be made payable to James Lock & Co Ltd

DELIVERY
We will endevour to dispatch your Order the next working day after it is received. Orders will be sent by Courier delivery. However due to pressure of work or availability of stock, this will occassionally take up to 14 days.

EXPORT
Lock's headwear can be found in leading shops throughout the world. For a list of our overseas stockists and other export enquiries please phone 020 7930 2421 Ext 203.

SPORTING EVENTS
Our headwear, accessory and country clothing ranges are available at a number of sporting events, including Cheltenham,  The Game Fair, Burghley and the Goodwood Revival Meeting.

GUARANTEE and RETURNS POLICY
We are confident that you will be completely happy with your purchase from James Lock. However should you wish to return any item, we provide a 'no quibble' money back guarantee. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days of the purchase and we will credit your account with a full refund for the price you have paid for the item. Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.The only exception to this are the Ladies hats from our Couture Millinery and Hat a Porter Ranges. As these items are "Made to Order" we regret that they cannot be returned, either for exchange or Refund.

RETURNING AN ITEM
Please contact us by e-mail at sales@lockhatters.co.uk giving your order number and the reason for your return. We will then contact you with a returns address.

DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

SHIPPING
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

CANCELLING AN ITEM
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery excpet for those items manufactured to your specification. This applies to all our products. Please contact us for further information.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing,). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
